The institution follows a policy of decentralization of authority to ensure efficient supervision, maintenance, and optimal utilization of available resources. Various initiatives are undertaken to effectively implement these policies. A Building Construction and Maintenance Committee has been established to oversee new constructions, necessary extensions, and the overall infrastructural maintenance of the college. The college has constituted several committees responsible for maintaining different aspects such as gardens, physical infrastructure, internet and Wi-Fi facilities, cycle stand, canteen, parking area, hostel facilities, sports infrastructure, and library services. For the repair and maintenance of computers, the institution seeks assistance from specialized technical experts. The electrification and water supply systems are regularly monitored and maintained. The college ensures annual cleaning of water tanks using UV technology. The library is equipped with access to e-journals and e-books through platforms like Kopy-Kitab and N-LIST. Faculty members are assigned specific responsibilities to supervise the upkeep and repair of facilities such as gardens, canteen, sports ground, library, RO water filters, toilets, girls’ common room. A dedicated Library Committee manages the procurement and supply of books, which are purchased through a transparent tender process. Similarly, the Sports Committee oversees player selection, provision of facilities, and procurement of sports equipment through the lowest quotation process. In addition, the college has formed various committees to manage different programs and activities, thereby promoting decentralization and delegation of authority. All institutional requirements and decisions are discussed in meetings of key bodies such as the Governing Body (GB) and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
